Calling all Niwot Parents –

It is that time of year again! After Prom is just around the corner, and we want to make sure we can provide a safe and fun space for our Juniors & Seniors to continue their celebration into the wee hours of the morning. After Prom will be held at Niwot High School on April 22 beginning at 11:30pm and will go into the morning of April 23 until 3am. Just like last year, we are planning a fun-filled night with tons of activities - including a roller-skating rink this year! ‘Galactic Groove’ is our theme, and we are looking for a ‘Space Force’ of parents to volunteer their time, talents, and resources. 

We are looking for parents of all grade levels to help out. After Prom is for Juniors and Seniors, but it also takes Freshmen and Sophomore parents to pull this off successfully. We have many ways for you to get involved from volunteering your time, donating decorations or prizes, helping to organize the prize giveaway, sponsoring an activity at our After Prom event, creating and decorating for it, chaperoning the night of the event, and helping to clean up the day after. I have also included our Amazon Prime Decorations Wish List. Almost all of the items on the list will be saved and used year after year for future After Proms and other school events. It’s an investment in a fun future! Please look through the list and pick out which items you may be able to purchase for us. We hope to transform the school into something unforgettable, and we need a lot of supplies to make that happen. We need the decorations at the high school by April 1st, so please donate early.
